This storm has been anticipated for days. The bread aisle at Wal-Mart was left with two bags of bagels yesterday. The emergency snow ordinance went into effect last night at phase two, street crews were on standby for twelve-hour shifts, all the schools announced closure but MWSU. This morning, not a flake.
